In a rivalrous matchup between the Sonics and the Bulls, the Sonics pulled away with the 58-51 win over the undefeated Bulls.  The Sonics’ Tommy Gard led the team with 16 points, while Prince Benitez followed closely behind with 15 points. Clarence Keyes sealed the deal with a clutch 3 pointer late in the game, giving him 11 points for the night. Deemed as the underdogs, the Sonics played with great intensity to get the victory.
