April 5-10, 2010 Honoring the life of MBL's late founder, Jeffery S. Heard who implemented this nationally acclaimed program on the east side of San Jose in 1995. The tournament is open to basketball teams in four divisions: High School Boys, High School Girls, Men’s Open, and Women’s Open.
